Since our founding, we've maintained an exclusive partnership with Eaton Corporation, representing their residential, commercial, and industrial electrical products throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. This exclusive relationship means we're not juggling multiple product lines or competing priorities – our focus is entirely on being the most knowledgeable, responsive Eaton representative in our territory.
Over the past 23+ years, we've witnessed and participated in significant industry evolution. We've grown with our distributor partners, adapted to new technologies and market demands, and recently expanded our territory to include Oklahoma's key markets of Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Danny Shillcutt
Founder & President
Danny brings nearly 40+ years of electrical industry expertise to his role as President of SPEC Firm, Inc., the manufacturers' representative agency he founded in 2003. Based in North Little Rock, AR, SPEC Firm serves Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and now Oklahoma—representing Eaton Corporation's full range of electrical products for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Danny began his career in 1985 with Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in Little Rock, and later joined RT Electrical Sales in 1994, covering the Arkansas territory. His deep technical knowledge, understanding of NEC codes, and long-standing relationships with distributors and contractors have made him a trusted resource across the region.
With over two decades of partnership with Eaton, Danny is known for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. A lifelong resident of central Arkansas, he values community and family—he and his wife Tammy are proud parents of two sons, Peyton and Jace.
